Shadow box framing sports jerseys

People ask about how to display sports jerseys and here is a video to show a few examples of shadow box framing.

The first is a biking shirt that was worn in a Lance Armstrong Charity ride in Texas. The jersey was signed by Lance at the end of the ride.

The second shadow box framing example is a vest that would have been worn by a member of the University of Michigan Marching Band. The frame combined the vest with the famous block M and with the fight song of the school lettered on the mat. A great gift to the retiring Band Director after more than 30 years of the job.

The framed Steve Yzerman hockey jersey is my favorite example of shadow box framing sports memoribia. It includes the signed jersey and hockey puck and autographed program and two Red Wings game tickets. A truly unique shadow box from my favorite team.

The last frame is not a jersey at all but a boomerang with two small pieces of original art from Australia. A very special shadow box frame used to remember a family vacation from.
